Enquiry

  • Select your loan type or discuss the best option with our team.
  • Send an enquiry to our deal team email.
  • Passed to underwriting for initial assessment.
  • Once approved, Offer Letter and Application Form are issued.

Application

  • Complete and sign application form.
  • Pay valuation fee.
  • Provide information requested.
  • Due diligence carried out.
  • Underwriting review.
  • If approved; solicitors and valuer instructed.

Valuation

  • Surveyor carries out valuation.
  • On receipt of the valuation report our underwriters will conduct a full case assessment.
  • If the property valuation does not match the value initially stated on the application documents, we may update the Offer Letter.

Legals

  • Before any legal work begins, our solicitors will need an undertaking from your solicitor.
  • Once all legal requisitions are satisfied, we are able to start arranging completion of your loan.

Completion

  • After final underwriting checks have been made, your funds will be sent to you via our solicitors.
