Impact Lending have completed another development exit top up loan to award winning ME Developments. The loan was provided alongside a CBILS refinance facility funded by Oaknorth to allow sufficient time for the developer to sell the high-quality units. 

The second charge for £1.8m was agreed over the site in Long Sutton, Hampshire, with a 12-month term and a rate of 18%. The development consists of 5 high end units with 1 of the units already exchanged.
