The property is a former detached dwelling which was granted approval for a rear extension and conversion to provide 2x4 bed semi-detached dwellings with amenity space, one garage and parking 

Impact Lending provided a First Charge facility of £455,000  from our Traditional Construction product range. Having received and completed this loan within 10 days, the Impact Lending team really stepped up to complete the loan within the required timescales. The client had to re-finance from another lender and secure enough time to finish and sell the security.
