Impact Lending are pleased to reveal we have completed a Second Charge Mezzanine loan to an experienced developer, Macc Group, for the construction of an 80 bed care home in Solihull.
Situated in the stunning Blythe Valley Park, the surrounding grounds comprises an established mixed use business and leisure development. Outline planning permission has been granted to extend the park and, once complete, it will boast c. 3.2million sq. ft. of world class facilities, and executive housing totalling c. 750 homes, surrounded by a stunning 122 acre country parkland.
Impact Lending provided a Second Charge facility of £1.18m from our Traditional Construction product range. Having contributed to the purchase and agreeing to provide a percentage of the development drawdowns for the first 5 months, the senior lender will then facilitate the remainder of build costs until completion.
